  • Provide administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of compensation/benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations and/or organizational development (OD) and training
  • Process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc
  • Provide information to employees on matters of their personal employee information
  • Facilitate employee training and be involved in assessments and recommendations
  • Conduct employee exit interviews and tally general statistics including headcount tracking
  • Work as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities
  • Counsel employees concerning work-related problems and provide feedback to management when necessary
  • Operate HR communication via several channels and develop employee handbooks
  • Research and analyze data on assigned projects and prepares related HRIS report
  • Assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies and procedures
  • Perform one or more steps of ongoing business processes or programs requiring considerable judgment and decision-making skills
