evolving needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer Satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by conducting surveys and gathering actionable feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively address any client concerns to ensure retention and loyalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaboration with Internal Teams<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within portfolio accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve products, services, and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reporting &amp;
