Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Human resource management which includes HRM, HRD,HROD, HRIS, Compensation & Benefit, Performance management, Training & Development, Manpower Planning, Employee Relation, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Policy Management and Counseling.
  • Create or initiate HR Plan & Strategy to align with the company’s direction.
  • Drive HR improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies, strategic plans, and tactical changes on recruitment, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and best practices to ensure that business run efficient, accurate, timely, and responsive.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to improve relationships, build morale and increase efficiency & productivity.
  • Revise, build, promote and maintain the company’s culture and design strategies to communicate to employees at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager at least 5 years.
  • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
  • Knowledge of computers to perform necessary tasks with common office and HR programs requirements.
  • Great people and strong leadership skills, ability to multitask.
  • Solid written verbal communication and good problem-solving skills.
