Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Strategy:

  • Create engaging, informative content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Simplify technical concepts in data and analytics for business audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to align content with branding and messaging.
  • Develop content strategies to enhance engagement, build thought leadership, and generate leads.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive leads and conversions.
  • Develop B2B-specific targeting strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage ad budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.

SEO & Analytics:

  • Optimize content for SEO to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation, engagement, and campaign ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for content and campaigns.

Content Distribution & Campaigns:

  • Distribute content effectively across platforms to maximize visibility.
  • Support and promote events, such as CEO speaking engagements and webinars.
  • Leverage paid and organic distribution strategies for lead generation campaigns.

Market Awareness & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging B2B marketing technologies.
  • Identify innovative approaches to engage target audiences in the tech and data consulting space.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Generation: Volume and quality of leads from content and campaigns.
  • Campaign Performance: CTR, conversion rates, and ROI from digital ads.
  • SEO Metrics: Organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements.
  • Engagement: Metrics such as content clicks, shares, and session duration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with expertise in performance marketing and content creation.
  • Proven track record of managing Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns for B2B audiences.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for technical topics.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ABM strategies.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (preferred).
