Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Strategy:
- Create engaging, informative content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Simplify technical concepts in data and analytics for business audiences.
- Collaborate with internal experts to align content with branding and messaging.
- Develop content strategies to enhance engagement, build thought leadership, and generate leads.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive leads and conversions.
- Develop B2B-specific targeting strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage ad budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
SEO & Analytics:
- Optimize content for SEO to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for content and campaigns.
Content Distribution & Campaigns:
- Distribute content effectively across platforms to maximize visibility.
- Support and promote events, such as CEO speaking engagements and webinars.
- Leverage paid and organic distribution strategies for lead generation campaigns.
Market Awareness & Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging B2B marketing technologies.
- Identify innovative approaches to engage target audiences in the tech and data consulting space.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead Generation: Volume and quality of leads from content and campaigns.
- Campaign Performance: CTR, conversion rates, and ROI from digital ads.
- SEO Metrics: Organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements.
- Engagement: Metrics such as content clicks, shares, and session duration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with expertise in performance marketing and content creation.
- Proven track record of managing Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for technical topics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and ABM strategies.
- Fluent in Thai and English (preferred).
