Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with government agencies, policymakers, and strategic partners.
- Influence stakeholders in shaping project priorities, TORs (Terms of Reference), and strategic projects.
- Act as the primary contact between internal teams and project decision-makers.
Opportunity Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government projects, tenders, and strategic partnerships.
- Guide stakeholders toward initiating projects that align with organizational objectives and our solutions.
- Monitor public policy, government agendas, and regulatory changes to uncover opportunities.
Strategic Advocacy & Influence (Stakeholder Advocacy):
Position the company as a trusted advisor by proactively engaging with ministries, regulators, and public sector leaders.
Advocate for project alignment by demonstrating value, feasibility, and long-term impact of proposed solutions.
Shape procurement processes and TORs to increase win probability.
Project & Partner Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure complex multi-partner proposals.
- Manage relationships with solution partners, subcontractors, and cross-industry collaborators.
- Support the negotiation and contracting process with government and strategic partners.
Market & Policy Intelligence:
- Continuously track government budgets, funding programs, and long-term strategic plans.
- Provide insights on political, economic, and regulatory developments that affect project opportunities.
- Benchmark competitor activity within the public sector to anticipate moves and differentiate our positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in business development with government, public sector projects, or large-scale complex initiatives.
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders (government agencies, regulators, data/tech partners).
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes and TOR development.
- Ability to navigate complex projects with multiple decision-makers and long sales cycles.
- Fluent in Thai and English (preferred).
