Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a solutions advisor to clients during pre-sales cycles across data analytics, marketing technology, CDPs and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and client success team to understand client challenges, buying motivations, and decision-making processes.
- Translate client requirements into feasible, scalable, and impactful solutions using our internal capabilities and technology stack (e.g., GA4, Braze, GCP, Looker, Salesforce) to the Operations team.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, PoCs, and proposals tailored to each client segment (enterprise, mid-market).
- Partner with Operations Team to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities.
- Co-develop new solution packages and go-to-market offerings that align with market needs and your company’s capabilities.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and support the creation of detailed Scope of Work.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tools, technologies, and market trends (e.g., GenAI, privacy-first marketing, predictive analytics).
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar client-facing technical roles.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital infrastructure, and marketing/data technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS), CDPs (e.g., Segment, Salesforce, Braze), analytics tools (GA4, Looker, BigQuery), and data pipelines.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business communication – fluent in translating tech to business value.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Thai-speaking preferred; English proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration.
