To promptly address and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing seamless IT assistance to staff, thereby facilitating smooth operations within the Data Analytics and Customer Experience Consultancy domain.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support for laptops (Macbook) in our offices.
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving network problems.
- Install, update, and maintain company software and hardware as needed.
- Prepare IT equipment to use at all times.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Provide Support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
- Maintain and and regularly update IT documentation.
- Collaborate and negotiate with vendors for implementation and procurement purposes.
- Assist staff with system setups and issue resolutions, whether inperson or remotely via phone.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Conduct regular electrical safety inspections on computer equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, warranties, and repairs.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and help desk software.
- Knowledge in setting up and troubleshooting network systems (LAN, WLAN).
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and experience assisting users in databaserelated issues.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Basic understanding of data analytics platforms and tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical thinking.
