RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and identify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Research to gather information on target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts.
- Engage with prospects through effective communication methods to assess their needs and qualify them as potential leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead-generation strategies and ABM campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Continuously optimize lead generation processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Attend events and network with potential partners and prospects to build relationships.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead tracking and management.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
