Responsible for the sales target and after-sales service of a group of customers who have been assigned well.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall responsibility for the success of assigned accounts – including both client and internal teams
- Work with Analyst to develop and present to your clients the agency POV on strategic documents and statements of work, rationale, research and analytics, plans and other major directions
- Effectively build and nurture solid client relationships that demonstrate an understanding of their business, challenges, priorities and internal organization. Must be able to identify long/short term business and marketing objectives and provide client with ongoing strategic direction and counsel.
- Grow and mentor your account teams through training, guidance, motivation and feedback
- Identify and generate incremental revenue growth opportunities with existing clients as well as maintaining an up-to-date new business funnel.
- Participate in new business pitches as appropriate, based on client and scope.
- Cooperate between team and clients.
- Manage team timeline according to client’s deadline and team working process.
- Attend team training session.
- Create new sales lead and take support role in pitching and presentation and Responsible for final work delivery as per clients specification, limitation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields (Major in Communication Arts or Digital Marketing is preferable)
- Experience in Key Account Executive, Sales planning , AE , Sales or related (3 years up)
- Sales Planning and leader.
- Excellent English writing, oral and interpersonal skills are critical.
- Knowledge about Data Analytics, SEO, UX service and Digital marketing is a must.
