Data Analytics Manager

We are looking for a data analytics manager to join our growing team of data analytics experts and manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. 


  • Lead multiple delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice  delivery standards
  • Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
  • Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development
  • Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our methodologies and intellectual capital including publishing articles, whitepapers, or performing research in support of Predictive initiatives
  • Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
  • To be as project owner and supervise to Senior Data Analysts, Data Analyst to deliver at the quality works & on time
  • Maintain a great working relationship with other team members and clients
  • Research for new analytics methodology and framework for developing new products & services 
  • Adopt new technologies and improved business processes for innovations and efficiency
  • Using various data sets from various sources (Google analytics and other systems) you will be expected to analyze web, ads campaign performance and user experience and present insight to the team (or clients).
  • Analyze site and marketing channel performance to provide top-level details as well as attribution insight to help the business truly understand the influence its marketing channels have on each other from a new and returning customer perspective
  • Support the team by providing meaningful data insight to shape current and future marketing strategies
  • Devise, set up, maintain projects and present a reporting that provides insight across the business
  • Ad hoc analysis as required


  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Digital Marketing 
  • Excellent in English skills
