Provide administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of compensation/benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations and/or organizational development (OD) and training.
Process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.
Provide information to employees on matters of their personal employee information.
Facilitate employee training and be involved in assessments and recommendations.
Conduct employee exit interviews and tally general statistics including headcount tracking.
Work as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities.
Counsel employees concerning work-related problems and provide feedback to management when necessary.
Operate HR communication via several channels and develop employee handbooks.
Research and analyze data on assigned projects and prepares related HRIS report.
Assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies and procedures.
Perform one or more steps of ongoing business processes or programs requiring considerable judgment and decision-making skills.
